How to contruct our gift boxes

Most of our gift boxes simply require a twist of the wrist to assemble... some however can be a little tricky the first time you see them. Here is a quick guide to their assembly.....

p6702 : 2 bottle insert

p6702 : 2 bottle insert

Ref: how2-p6702

The p6702 is a postal box insert for p6602 or p6604 transit boxes. This item is supplied as a flat sheet pre-cut and creased.

1. place the sheet with the writing face up on your right with the creases running away from you.

2. take the left hand edge and fold the sheet in half at the central crease - the writing is now hidden

3. the sheet is in half with 2 creases visible

4. take the right hand edge and fold 90 degrees upwards at the first crease on the right

5. fold upwards again at the second crease to form the first bottle channel (see image above left)

6. take the flat right hand edge with the text and fold 90 degrees downwards at the first crease next to the writing.

7. fold downwards again at the last crease to form the completed insert

... you should have a "W" shaped insert to take the 2 bottles.

At the corner of the long creases you will see cuts - these "lugs" can be popped up to suit the length of bottles being used.

p6703 : 3 bottle insert (DULog)

p6703 : 3 bottle insert (DULog)

Ref: how2-p6703

The p6703 is a postal box insert for p6603, p6606 and p66c12. This item is supplied as a flat sheet pre-cut and creased.

This is far harder to describe than in practice - take a look at the image on the left first and replicate the folds. Note the positon of the writing.

There are 2 main folds (marked A and B) which form the tops of the central bottle dividers ... with the writing face up on your right with the creases running away from you "A" is the 3rd crease from the left and "B" is the 3rd crease from the right. These creases fold up and over to form a double thickness of card.

At the corner of the long creases you will see cuts - these "lugs" can be popped up to suit the length of bottles being used.
