Our brand new concept for the instant wine gift.

The RackPac is made from super-rigid sustainable cardboard printed with a traditional wood grain effect. The wine rack can be re-filled over and over as required creating a long lasting and useful gift presentation.

The RackPac has been designed with home delivery in mind. The design features 3 point bottle contact with double strength board to ensure safe transit through the postal system. When combined with our RackPac Postal System (see beneath) this transforms the wine rack into a 6 bottle transit box.

Your own colours

We can print the RackPac in any single solid colour of your choice for a minimum run of only 500. Orders less than 500 are fulfilled using the 2 colour wood effect as shown.

The RackPac Postal System

Combine the wine rack presentation of the RackPac with our amazingly engineered transit system to safely send 6 bottles through the post.

Each unit comprises :

1 x RackPac
1 x Transit Box Outer in super-strong 200k/t BC
2 x dividers
2 x box buffers with star-cut neck holders

This system allows you to send 6 bottles of wine through the post. Upon receipt the RackPac is lifted from the box complete with the bottles to create an instant wine rack.

The outer box features 2 grab handles for safe handling by delivery drivers and is printed with a generic Fragile, This Way Up and Glass symbols.

Colourful. Economical. Environmentally Friendly.

The RackPac can be printed in your own colour from as little as 500 units allowing you to co-ordinate promotions with your colour branding.

The board is made from a minimum of 75% recylced board and is 100% recyclable through normal card reclycling points. All waste cardboard is recycled.

Rackpac is printed with water-based inks and sealed with water-based varnish. All water used for machine washout is processed onsite, with no harmful by-products released in to the enviroment. All waste inks are recycled.

The Rackpac's use of card replaces the need for polystyrene transit boxes - polystyrene is one of the most un-environmental materials available.

Winner Drinks Retaling Awards 2009 Innovation Category

After winning the Innovation category in last years Off Licence News Drinks Retailing Awards we are extremely proud to announce we have again won the Drinks Retail Award 2009 Innovation for our superb "RackPac".

The Rackpac takes recycling to a new level. The rack itself is constructed from recycled card and allows the wine to be sent safely through the post - reducing the need for additional cardboard packaging. The RackPac is then a refillable wine rack to be used over and over.

The ceremony took place on Tuesday 3rd February 2009 at The Dorchester, London.
